audio issues

So, when I am in the menu, be it browsing heroes or matchmaking or whatever, my audio is fine. It is crispy and nice to my ears. As soon as I join a game, however, it sounds like the game is being cycled through a ps4 controller mic before i hear it. It is quite annoying as everything becomes basically a wall of tinny noise. Has anyone had this issue? If so, did you fix it? How?

P.S. I have not always had this issue. It has only started happening within the last few days.

same issues here. i think it could be due to bluetooth... but not sure....

I have no audio whatsoever, the audio on the launcher works but the game even the lobby and main menu nothing, Ive tried everything to fix it and all the guides online dont help im at a loss.
