I was having a similar issue to this and what fixed it was this:

I went to the logs folder located in <Marvel Rivals Directory>/Log, then opened the most recent one.

At the bottom it listed an error "Cannot load library <Marvel Rivals Directory>\PySide6\qml\Qt\labs\platform\qtlabsplatformplugin.dll: The specified procedure could not be found."

The issue was that I had QT DLLs located in other folders on my PATH.

In my case in C:/Windows/System32 I had a copy of QT6Widgets.dll and a few others which I then deleted and the game opened.

Thank you, for some reason the problem itself disappeared after several manipulations
