Gotten a couple of these myself, mostly on game abandoners in quickplay. The faster they get perma banned, the better the game will be for the rest of us.

Luckily I've had to report that many people as of yet.

This game has the most active moderators I've seen, but not the fastest; it's kind of nice to log in the next day to see confirmations on 90% of my reports.

Meh I get reported alot but most of it is not justified...which is why I have yet to be restricted....seems like alot of ppl like to report or callout Karens just for identifying and trying to communicate solutions to team....JS If youre the problem...fix it dont be mad

My favorite was the guy who started throwing hard after someone picked his hero. He was super salty about it. He picked Groot and trapped us inside the spawn. Then later he swapped to Jeff and only eat his teammates with his ult and suicide bombed everyone off the map. Later I told him he gonna get reported for this, and he started boasting and saying he did this at least 30 times before and nothing gonna happen to him. Nothing was more sweet than receiving this message from the game. Honestly these losers needs to be stopped.

I don't think you know what "free game" means. It means unlimited accounts for everyone. People that tend to cry and be sad because of what others may say in game are just tragic. Abandoning is annoying, but they can play how they want. If the team sucks a$$, no need to stick around. Due your lil 'ol 5 minute smoke break and get back at it.
