GAME IS CRASHING ALL THE TIME, I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO

i have been playing for a while, really enjoying the game, BUT IT KEEPS CRASHING AND ITS TACKLING MY EXPERIENCE SO MUCH, I WANT TO GRIND RANKED TO GET THE MOON KNIGHT SKIN AND I KEEP GETTING CRASHES MID GAMES AND GETTING PENALTIES.
i have tried EVERY SINGLE FIX I FOUND, even contacting customer support trough discord to ask them to investigate, still havent had a fix.
tried downgrading my drivers to radeon software pro from 2022, tried updating them to the newest radeon adrenalin, clean reinstalling my drivers with ddu, tried using gpu debug mode, all my settings on low, with frame gen and without frame gen, with fsr, taau, epic tsr, and all of the downscaling modes.
my pc is:
ryzen 7 5700g cpu (apu disabled)
radeon saphire VII (im guessing its a problem specific to this card)
32gb of ram
b550 prime m.k asus motherboard
im seriously going insane bc of this, i dont know what to do, i wanna grind ranked for the moon knight skin, i wanna grind the bp, i wanna buy skins for my fav characters BUT I CAN NOT PLAY THE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ GAME. PLEASE. HELP.

i have myself a full amd PC (7900 xtx + 7800x3d) but it s not related to AMD since MANY nvidia users are experiencing crashs as well, i've tried everything but the only thing that worked for me is not playing for 1 week, i m just waiting a patch because some redditors have reported thoses crash have finally damaged their PC. It s not worthy to ty hard until a new patch.
A lot of users are upset because devs are saying nothing about it, if they don t fix their game i m gonna just say byebye even if i ve really enjoyed the game . Kinda sad

I'm playing all others new game without a single problem, like the last Indiana Jones, Star Wars Outlaws, Wukong, Roboccop etc : zero problems.
Just a question do you have windows 24h2 update ?

It is a bug they haven't fixed yet. Just restart the game after every 2 matches.

Sorry my friend but for me , even first match i can crash
As i said i ve tried everything , and read hundreds of potential fixes , nothing worked for me, the only thing i ve not done and i won t cause it's too annoying is to go back to windows 23h2.

turn off nvidia reflex and cap your game 120fps and below. this did the trick for me.

Have you read ????? we have amd cards xd, we don't have nvidia reflex option.

this is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bleak tbh, I have been contacting technical support for some days and I hope it gets addressed in the next patch, but it's still really infuriating bc I really like this game and I have a lot of friends into it, and I'm pretty sure that I have the latest windows updates, tho I'm still on win10

This could be the problem, 24h2 update is a pain in the ass for many games, it's just not stable

turns out i dont, i have 22h2, im going to try to update to it and see if that fixes it, its the only thing im left to do for what i know and i dont really lose anything by trying

just checked and 22h2 is the final win10 update lmao, yeah theres nothing to do other than wait and lose my chance to get the moon knight skin and the season 0 battle pass, well ♥♥♥♥

Do you crash in the very first match you play? The way I go around it is just by restarting game every 2-3 matches, since it only seem to crash sometime after like third match in a row. A bit annoying to do, but better than nothing.

its really random, sometimes it happens on my second game, sometimes on my first, sometimes i cant even reach the point bc it crashes, its really inconsistent and i havent found ways to replicate it

i have heard that this might have to do with the enviroment destruction system bc it seems like its optimized like pure ass
