Should Wolverine's lunge be changed to your model somehow via settings instead of the crosshair?
I only recently realized that Wolverine's lunge is based on your direction of the the crosshair, not in a straight line from wolverine's model behind the enemy's model. Based on this, I finally understood why I can fail to grab someone even though my model is directly behind the enemy.

If you don't understand what I mean, go into the practice range, look at the straight lines on one of the ground's square tiles, then aim your crosshair on the lines where it extends to the vanishing point and lunge, or walk forward/backwards. You only travel in a straight line by following the crosshair.

Adding on to this example, there's an area with enemy bots shooting at your ally bot, go over there and have your wolverine model stand directly behind the bot, and look at your ally bot's head with your crosshair. This is how you get a straight line.

Because of the third person model and crosshair off-center issues, I can't help but feel like I'm being greatly confused at what's happening. If you target the enemy's body (because you're too close to them and not pointing towards the actual straight line) with your crosshair, you're not going to travel in a straight line and instead lunge to the left, so if your enemy walks to the right, the chances of not grabbing them becomes much higher.
