game keeps freezing

i dont want to sound bitter or anything but i cant play this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ game at all this last week. before then the game ran completely fine and had no issues. now my game keeps freezing and lagging during matches. ive lowered my settings, locked frame rate, drivers are up to date and i dont know what to do to fix this issue.

Check to make sure you are using the right graphics mode. The default seems to be AMD FSR and I'm running RTX 2060. Switched to Nvidia DLSS and it solved like 90% of my issues. Haven't had a crash since, but now I have shutdown hangups. Computer won't shutdown properly after running the game. Doesn't happen if I just play other games.

I have been having the same issue, hoping the new season update comes with some fixes.

Still having the same issues. The game will randomly begin to stutter extremely hard and sometimes even freeze up completely and I was told it also looks like my character is actually lagging and teleporting around super badly. So it's not just a PC hardware problem but SOMETHING is severely wrong with the game.

Fully the same here, it's getting super frustrating. Def not a hardware issue, needs to be addressed.

Having the same problem as well. So frustrating. Can't find a fix on the internet either. Seems like the random GPU usage spikes are the culprit. Everytime my game freezes my GPU usage hits 100%. It eventually settles down afterwards, but having your game frozen in the middle of a team fight and just randomly teleporting is super awkward. I have an Amd 6700XT.

The shortest PC supportagreement is 200$ for 1 year. 2 years 350$ with a 50$ discount, and for 3 years 500$ with a 100$ discount. The hourly charge for unspecified/general service is 100$. So the supportagreements are super cheap.

literally the SAME but with a 4090
it ALWAYS happens whenever I dive (I am a venom player) and its literally making the game unplayable and the devs have said NOTHING really about this. Its infuriating

Yepp I'm having literally the same problem, I can't play 1 whole game 'cause It still stutter and freeze for more than 30 seconds

Yea, same issue but on a 3050 PC. Games freezing and keeps telling me about memory storage?? I'd really love it if developers could maybe say something for us.
