hi! so after some research, theres one more hidden golden frost under the normal challenges tab. Once you complete that you're golden for the jeff skin. hope this helps

I was thinking that too, but I saw there was one challenge that requires to do 15K damage with a select group of Heroes. One of them was Scarlet so I just did a few Conquests and QP matches and that awarded me with my final star for the skin.

correct, the last star is on the regular missions

Stars also appear in those "weekly" missions that reset every second day.
