SHADER CACHE SUPER SLOW ON EVERY BOOT ONLY ON STEAM

I tried installing game from the marvel rivals launcher on the website and they shader cache builds really fast and no crashes ever. On steam shader cache takes 5min and i get crashes after a while of playing. I have a 3080 and i9 with 32gb ram and m.2 ssd so i dont know why its only on steam. We cant cross progression either so if you use launcher you have to make a new account and start fresh

Same, 13900k with a 4090 and 32gb of ram. The game is poorly optimized and they need to fix everything. This is just another way of screwing players after their game crashes. I used to be able to get back in fast and now this issue has appeared.
