Full of youtube videos two weeks ago and cheats are with subscription seen a site from where to get

I did report ONE guy I suspected for cheating and he got banned/restricted in a matter of a day. So it's possible. But that's been that one case. The best you can do is report when you are really sure about it.

If you watch a replay and they are tracking you through walls, snap aiming to players nowhere in their LOS, always aimed at either a teammate or enemy player/object, then it's a pretty safe bet they are not playing fair (or they are bots and you are in a bot match). It's estimated to be 15-30% of all online pvp gamers are cheating. And being on a console does not save you as their are cheaters there as well, albeit rarer.

Go on the cheat software discord, in total they are 200,000K+ people in it. I doubt those people are on that kind of discord to not use the cheating software. Meaning that almost half of the playerbase is cheating. In gold and platinium you will always have at minimum 1 cheater in your team and one cheater in the enemy team, i am often in a game where i am the only one playing legit.

So, Since I posted this, Ive seen on average maybe 1-2 cheater per 10 games.

Ive had them on my team and enemy team.

It does appear that cheating has picked up quite a bit.
A lot of them toggle as well, meaning some games they either dont use them or even seem like they are until like maybe half way through.
Then all of a sudden hexakill after hexakill, One on my own team, toggled in a game which we were already winning which i thought was stupid as hell.
Also had several toggle on the second round after losing a round on enemy team.

I would say about 1/5 or 1/10 games(depending on the time of day) have someone cheating, either using esp, wallhacks (you can see this by watching the replay, and they will be tracking players through walls) these tend to be hard to detect but looking for pre firing, firing at cover or walls without any knowledge is an indicator of this, it can look legit as well until you spectate.
Those using aimbots and skeleton aimbots or FOV aimbots, are relatively obvious, but many of them toggle this on and off to seem legit or try and hide, so you kinda just have to know what to look for until replay.
The occasional obvious testing accounts appear to, which are blatant with no care because these are test accounts designed o test cheats.

There are several massive cheating discords out there specifically for this game, and one of them in particular has 190k members or probably more now since i looked.
A lot of people are cheating. A lot are good at hiding it. Probably some of your favourite streamers and youtubers are using them too because there are streamsafe ones.

Its the nature of gaming these days. But thinking the game is cheater free or rare is just wrong.#

Remember statista found for any popular online shooter in particular its estimated around 25-35% of the playerbase is cheating on average. make of that what you will.
