What's even worse is adding bots... It's very noticable... Bots don't do anything useful and match is ending at 1st stage, cause they act weird... There're so many players and adding bots it's the perfect way to kill your own game... Splitgate was killed that way as people were annoyed by being forced to play with bots...
If say you are a strategist and you get top heal and/or top assists the way this SHOULD be done is you should be prized with other top players that say have top damage other top heal, top damage absorbed etc.
The game should reward you for doing your job, not the other way around.
This could at least be mitigated if say you are SVP or top whatever you get a defense to not losing ranked points, cause YOU didn't lose.
This seems like a welfare system "oh I am going to put this horrendous player with the good player".
If "EOMM" worked the way you think it does, that would be impossible. Would it not?
