Healer being boring AF is subjective, maybe the majority doesn't enjoy it but at least a minority does, but ye people play what they want most of the time, this is natural, but if you want to win more often, you will have to become more flexible with allowing yourself to play other roles or heroes.
Tho below median elo it will always be a clown fiesta
It's no different in these games.
i want what yall are smoking if you truly don't agree with this.. healers are broken strong in this and can be played by f'in monkey
And generally the gap between healer and dps is much greater than the gap between the tank and healer because healers have to babysit the average dps player.
If tank creates space, support is not a healbot and nothing is going on then DPS are bad. It is winnable.
If tank creates space, support is a healbot and DPS are ok it is winnable.
If tank is dogpoo support is a healbot dps are ok it's hardly winnable
If tank is dog poo with support that is dead 24|7 you need dps that are
1. Tailored to kill specifically enemy team comp
2. main those counters
3. 2 tiers above the opponents
I don't think being good at support is any more difficult than being good at DPS, but it does take more discipline, because you have responsibilities to the team more than yourself. Support is support. You support the team.
No lets continue to glaze healers so people actually play the role, instead of duelist, as they continue to lie to themselves about it being so hard. You make the bar go one way and the cap to that whole mechanic is we can only heal so much and depending on the character that varies with your biggest nuance being rocket doing better bounces to squeeze out more healing from his orbs.
