netease gamer email verification

I have tried 5 times now to do the email verification for the netease gamer connection that I have a prompt for. can anyone tell me why the chose 60 seconds when it takes 50 seconds for the email to come through? or why the confirm button doesn't work? wtf am i doing wrong rn?

I am having an issue as well, the emailing and stuff is fine. However when I put the verification code in, it already said it was confirmed but i got an "verification code error". I don't know if the account was made or not? there was no confirmation email.
