2. I don't really have an opinion on render scaling, I use upscaling myself.
3. Mouse acceleration does not exist, and has not existed in this game since at least the beta.
You can test for yourself by placing your mouse at the edge of your pad, lining up on an object, and slowly moving across your pad.
If mouse acceleration exists, moving your mouse rapidly back to the edge will overshoot the object you started on.
I just tested this myself multiple times in the practice range,, and ended up aiming at the same bot every time.
Alternatively, here's video proof I found in 5 seconds on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8QBjn1psPLI
I do think it's really stupid they have 0 in-game ways to turn off AA though.
How many FPS are you getting?
What Monitor?
You talk like you'd know what you're talking about, but im pretty sure you have no idea whats actually causing input lag and what isnt.
I think I have already explained it in the thread?
AI-based anti-aliasing requires an additional step to process images using AI models.
For instance, at the same render resolution of 75%, DLSS or other AA methods introduce at least one extra processing step, especially those using AI models to upscale images.
Even at native resolution, enabling DLAA can still increase the frame rendering latency, probably even unnoticeable, but the delay does exist. These additional processing steps increase the frametime for each frame, leads to higher input lag.
I just want to have the freedom to completely disable things that i dont want.
Of course, I could be wrong, Im not an Nvidia engineer, just a casual gamer who doesnt want to be forced to use these AA settings.
im using a 1440p 240hz monitor, GPU utilization 75%-90%, fps capped at 144.
since you talk like you'd know what's actually causing input lag and what isn't, and Im pretty sure you are knowledgeable enough, so pls help us.
Because I saw someone mention it in the forum, so I thought it might be a problem for some players, so I decided to include it in this thread. Personally I've never had this mouse acceleration issue.
