Eh, never touched ranked other than for one match. I realized, like every other ranked game mode, it wastes so much time. If you have a bad team, you're stuck with them for twice the amount of time as a QP match. You do all of it for... a recolor skin?

I've never understood the point of ranked and especially solo queue rank. Most of your experience is literally at the whims of matchmaking. Your individual performance in these team games takes a backseat to something you literally cannot control. It's a hamster wheel of dopamine and stroking of egos for people who are using video games to replace real life achievement.

Just play the game for fun and stop focusing on some digital badge.

I like ranked more than QP because it's exactly like you said. It doesn't matter anymore than QP, but at least you get players that want to play and make the match engaging. QP is fun when you're with people that may not enjoy rank and it's perfect for that, but ranked for me is also just as low stress because I'm playing it for fun and for better players on both sides.

Bro i solo queued all the way to plat and suddenly i started getting some League of Legend tier teammates who type "gg" after losing the first fight and then deciding to throw.

I'd be fine if i lost a game normally, but losing multiple games because of leavers and people who refuse to play is another thing completely.

Post on reddit like I suggested. Steam forum people are either hostile or lazy. 1 out of every 40 helps. You're probably not going to beat the odds here.

They don't even know how to watch replays here let alone give good advice.

These are the bottom feeding "git gud you suck" people for the most part.

But hey, maybe you'll beat the odds. There's always a chance you'll get useful advice here. Not likely with the way Steam moderates but good luck.
