Disconnecting on death FIX (not a VPN)

after a ton of searching, and trying every i could find i finally found the issue (for me atleast)
It was the cFosSpeed service. I disabled it with Start -> MsConfig -> Services -> Uncheck -> Apply -> Restart.

its a program on most MSI/Gigabyte mother boards that seems to throttle your upload speed ressulting in a packetloss spike whenever i died, disconnecting me due to "poor network connection"

none that i've noticed, i've had it disabled for a few days now and have had no issues
