The dynamics of this game as far as people dropping is crazy. I think when a lot of people drop from a team, it backfills with higher ranked/leveled players. So many matches go win-loss-loss because all the bad players drop from the initial team.
Meaning: the vote-kick coupled with backfill opt-out will be a terrible idea. It would be almost a guaranteed "we now play 5v6" sort of a call. So people will quickly realize that and never agree to kick someone unless they're actively sabotaging their team.
If you're getting AFK's, CONSISTANTLY, then you are more than likely a trash player.
Learn to play and maybe people won't AFK in your matches, or better yet...
Don't play ranked when you're just bad and refusing to get good.
