Lets Talk EXCLUSIVE skins for Xbox and PC players.
We'll stick with Spider-Man.

Xbox - Black Suit Spider-Man.

PC - Miles Morales Spider-Man.

Make it so NO ONE but THOSE platforms can have those skins too.

Sony gets that exclusive Spiderman skin and free Peni PSPlus bundle because Sony has near complete ownership of Spiderman. There's not really any reason for other platforms to get an exclusive skin, much less a Spiderman skin.

Miles would need to be their own character and not a skin. They have powers different from your standard Spiderman.

No he doesn't.

Orignal Ultimate Spider-Man wasn't given the token black lighting powers until he came to 616.
