i understand OP's mindset b/c I used to have it to. Then, I stopped solo q'ing. Solo Q in ranked is miserable. A loss is much easier to stomach when you can talk to your team the whole time and know for sure they're actually trying. Oh and none of my buddies one-trick toons either. That also helps. On the occasion we do have a pug, we're often saddled with someone who is climbing with one role or hero only and wont adapt. That's not good.

There is a /surrender option, use it or keep playing, otherwise you'll just get perma'd from ranked due to constant throwing and nobody will mourn losing you as a teammate

i see what you mean i just started playing yesterday and every ranked match for 5 hours has been completely 1 sided. I'm usually the only one getting kills and the matches are ending with the other team having 40-60 kills to my teams 7. there is no way you guys find this game fun and entertaining.
