as a wolverine "main" ♥♥♥♥ these two heros. if you have even an iota of a brain you can do well on them. they get insta banned in most high elo comp games.

both of them shut down wolverine without trying. psyloke has to literally kill herself on you to get a pick on her

Hela is technically more consistent than Hawkeye and also technically has a better ult.
Hela's bolts are hitscan, hawkeye's arrows are still projectiles.
A good Hela achieves a higher damage per second than Hawkeye, while offering more utility (CC with her orb, teamups with Loki and Thor) and mobility (raven dash is a much better escape than hawkeye's katana unzip and double jump)
Imo, hawkeye should have equivalent damage to Widow's sniper shot, and his aim charge should take longer
