Stop playing winter soldier

Literally every winter soldier on gold is a disaster. How is that even possible to deal 2700 damage in 2 rounds. YOU WON'T DO A TIK-TOK HIGHLIGHT, despite broken ultimate you have to shoot his ♥♥♥♥♥♥ gun, hit at least anyone with his alternative fire and E. And also trajectory of his bullets literally taken from angry birds

Maybe you just met bad ones? I mean, he's not exactly hard to play, he has an easy and forgiving kit.

For 50 hours I haven't seen a good player on winter soldier in my team

I've seen plenty of good Winter Soldiers, in fact I'd say he's one of the best rounded characters. He's the Mario of the game.

As someone getting into WS, he's m1 is kinda bad, so unless they are cracked or shooting the tank their damage is gonna be low.

Not really... he have pretty slow projectile speed. You have to get closer and survive it. He have a fun and easy combo when you grab someone but thats it. Miss his grab and you will probably get KO'ed unless you have a good aim (meaning being a better than average player). There are way easier heroes to play than him.

He is very good if you hit your hooks and have decent aim. his whole kit is very synergistic and and can do crazy damage. he is a mvp farm if you play him right.

I have seen a ton with very very good aim, great combos. Usually kill other squishies easy 1 on 1.

They usually have very little understanding of the game itself though, ignore objectives, walk right into Peni mines etc.
