Seasonal Currency Exchange...

We need an exchange for all the extra purple coins and the extra silver stars. Exchange them for the blue tokens. I understand we can exchange the yellow tokens (real money) for the blue ones, so what reason shouldn't we have a means of exchanging the seasons currency for the blue tokens?
I personally have a large abundance of the purple tokens and silver stars. Now they just sit there until... what?
