Dude, quick play is basically team death match minus the team part. And Bronze 3 is more of the same. Once you hit silver and above, players play as intended. Skill might be lacking, but they aren't going 1 v 6, except for Spider Man mains

Honestly, they are probably afraid to die and take the charge, especially the non-tanks. At low elo, you win and lose with tank play

As someone who is apparently ranked in the top 5% of players, i can confidently tell you I don't see any difference in teammates between QP, bronze or the rank I'm currently in.

It's always going to be a coin toss for each teammate you get wither they're good or not. I have yet to see any game that can make a decent matchmaker, because in all honestly I don't think it's even remotely possible. Everyone has preferences and styles and what not, nor can the matchmaker read peoples minds to match up the perfect candidates for great teammates for everyone.

The only way you'll get good teammates regularly is if you make friends and party up.
