Loki is kind of similar to Ying, if you've played Paladins, Loki is for people who think they have a 9000 IQ. He's really, really hard to play well because he can turn into any other character to ult, which means you have to know how to use a lot of ults.
Mantis is something like Zenyatta. Big attack, and her heals are cast spells that don't require precise aim. She has a little sleep bomb for divers. Also has a weak but useful damage boost and can even use it on herself.
Cloak and Dagger is a complex character with two forms. Pretty good heals, decent offense, lots of escapes. Good character if you want someone strategically challenging who doesn't really need to aim much.
Luna Snow is a pretty basic healer. Fairly strong heals, requires aiming, not much to say. She's got a ridiculous ult that's something like a cross between Zenyatta's and Lucio's and can make everyone nearly invincible or give a huge damage boost and right now you toggle it so fast you get both!
Warlock is pretty vulnerable, he's got no escape or stun like a lot of healers. He's got a pretty good attack but you have to watch your positioning. He got the team rez ult but everyone comes back with 100 hp so it's harder to use than Mercy's was.
Jeff is a very strong single target healer (beam heal) with a great escape and movement mechanism who can be nearly impossible for many characters to kill. He's got a cheap and horrible ult where he eats members of the other team and can carry them around, which everyone uses to throw them off the map. I loathe Jeff, but a lot of people like him.
Rocket is a fast and mobile healer (small too) with a gun that shoots or heals. He can make a little rez station that brings one person back.
If you want the biggest healing numbers healer it's probably Luna snow but most of them work pretty well.
Whereas Jeff and Cloak can provide lots of healing, Rocket is a more slow, consistent heal. Adam Warlock has burst healing but only gets 2 charges of his heal that recharges after X seconds.
Mantis is another "secondary" healer. She's kind of a mixed support. She can buff her allies to do more damage, buff herself to do more damage and throw on a healing-over-time effect on to team mates. Slow and consistent kinda like Rocket.
Loki is good, he can heal if he shoots at his team or damage if he shoots the enemy team. One of his abilities summons a healing rune over himself, as well as his clones (of which he can have up to 2) for a total of 3 runes, that do massive healing to whoever is within the radius, which is small.
Luna is great as well, similar deal to Mantis. All within her radius will receive huge heals, but she can also swap the effect from a healing aura to a damage aura to buff her entire team. Best to alternate between the two. She does decent damage and has an ability that makes her shots turn into a "beam" which increases her healing and/or damaging capabilities, depending on who you shoot. Like Loki, if she shoots team mates she heals, enemies she damages.
For me, Luna & Jeff are my go-tos for "burst" heals. Luna's Ult is insanely powerful. They're both solid healers and attackers and fairly simple to use.
Mantis is my main, as long as I have another burst type healer with me, since hers aren't quite as bursty and are more heal over time. She a bit more complex to use as you have to manage your "Life Orbs" which come back fairly quickly over time, or with headshots on enemies. You'll tend to bounce between DPSing and flicking around to throw a heal or an attack buff on a teammate.
Loki seems pretty strong, but the micromanagement of his clones isn't really my style. He also takes a bit more game knowledge as your Ult gets you I believe 15 seconds of turning into another enemy Hero. You'll get their whole kit, so it's nice if you know what each character does. But you also get their Ult, which can be extremely versatile.
Adam= Strong Burst AOE heals + MAJOR damage solid overall healing extremely vulnerable
Mantis= Most Overall Healing, less Single Target Healing Constant Healing on multiple teammates + stun
Luna= Two Person Solid Split Healing, Stun+ Movement speed increase. Solid in all situations
Loki =(I don't know I don't play him)
Rocket= auto revive skill every 50 sec, strong mobility, Easy and good group healing
Cloak and Dagger Nuh Uh button, Ez healing, Strong close range single target damage as cloak, Solid in all situations
