Why hasn't the 99% loading bug been fixed???

I just spent an entire 5-6 minute match stuck on the loading screen at 99%. I'm tired of hearing the "oh you gotta move it to your primary storage drive" because that shouldn't be on me to fix such a glaring problem with this game's performance.

Moving the game files from my D: drive to my C: drive fixed this issue for me and I haven’t had any problems since. Hope this helps!

and again if the game's location has this drastic of an effect on performance, I feel like that's on the devs, not me

you can use steam to move the locations of your files on another hard drive, assuming the issue you have is your game being on your HDD instead of your SDD.

I had the same issue as you, until I realized for some strange reason that steam installed the game on my HDD.

Once I made the switch I no longer had the problem.

It's on my SSD. my HDD is my C: drive and, again, THERES NO ROOM

Or you're low on RAM and it's transferring the files from your one hard drive to the paging space on your C: drive, which if it's full can also cause tremendous problems. Never ever fill up your main Windows-running drive.

At this point I really don't think they even WANT to fix it. They've apparently known about the issue insincere the damn BETA!!!

I feel like they should fix it. Not necessarily for the individuals with the issue, but for the teammates that have someone on their team that takes for ever to load in and its not their fault. I for one have been frustrated that I have a teammate that doesn't start the match until several minutes in. It gives my team a huge disadvantage.

I only have a C-Drive. It's there.. This 99% thing is getting worse and worse.. I just upgraded my internet so now I can atleast play the last 1 minute of any match...

Season 0 wasn't this bad. They even released a patch to help with this. Now we are in Season 1 and it's twice as bad as it's ever been!

I've never had any game on my primary drive. It should be on an SSD though for sure.

Just bought a NVME and it fixed all my issues which were: stuck at 99% for like 30 seconds, long times to load characters models, slow menus

Game is on my c drive but still got it anything else I can do to fix it I’ve ran it as admin verified the files still nothing
