It's a team game. Either whole team wins or whole team loses. Sometimes your team drags you down, sometimes they carry you, it is like that in every single team-based game. Maybe it's just not for you and you prefer 1v1 games.

Keep one on your team that you know will do bad to ensure you never lose elo.

Some people other games even go as far as making alt accounts that they sacrifice so their mains don't get hit as hard in some games.

I've won with 3 DPS and even 4 DPS in my team many times. In Comp. If the DPS actually know what they are doing, better than the enemy team at least, you will win.

Okay, but if you win with then those 3 DPS get the elo from all the others and those others don't get any elo since they were carried.

Nah, team with two tanks will roll over your frontline and mop up. It's only viable with low skill teams unless your team is just far better than they are.

Why should I be forced to play tank and support forever because you want to DPS forever?

It's like a chore wheel. Sometimes, it's your job to be the tank. Stop being selfish.
