What does "untargetable" mean? (cloaks escape)

Every single ability seems to still hit me, this is either bugged or just poorly worded.
If it doesnt make me UNHITTABLE then it isnt even an escape because they will just spam attack and kill me 90% of the time, I am just better off stay dagger so I can self heal while healing friendlies.

Is there anything the escape DOES work in regards to not getting hit?

Are you sure its hitting you? I am pretty sure that I am getting damage blocked stats thanks to this ability. Same with Scarlet Witch. It does not last long... try to fly away

You have to be within the full duration to not get hit by things. Casting then doing anything else, like attacking, cancels it.
The same goes for allies. If you are within an ally Cloak's zone, if you attack you remove yourself from the untargetable state.

plus we still can track you while phased out. This is more a spell to quickly phase through an ultimate than anything else.
