Whats with punisher.
mini rant but I've noticed that Jeffs ultimate and stranges ultimate dont seem to work on him when he's in turret form (Stranges also doesnt work against punishers ult form) but like does frank just have no soul and jeffs like "Nah tastes awful"

I think in turret form he's immune to CC effects.

As he is in his ultimate, he can't be cc'd.

Funny thing is, the idea of Frank not having a soul to punch out of his body would fit with Ghost Rider's Penance Stare not working on him.
