Black Widow v. Hawkeye

Effort to reward ratio between the two seems kinda off, Hawkeye is like a huntsman sniper and can kinda just aim in the general direction of fights and score kills off stray arrows and outright kill non-tanks with lucky shots. Black Widow just seems like a lot more effort for basically nothing else. Anyone else feel the same?

Yes. BW needs 2 guns instead of sticks. same damage and speed. And more damage on riffle. At leat more damage and non scope shooting speed. Hawkeye is so much stronger, and everyone else 2, it seems. )
Also, why IronFist is new and Hawkeye is old. Not fair!!! Make at least a skin of her 4 old one. Yes no old talking before match, but who cares.

I think black Widow could benefit from a DoT on critical hits. Overwatch tried to do this with Widow and everyone liked the idea. But blizzard scrapped it because they're stupid.
