Voice chat / text chat issues / connectivity

Im having issues with accessing my profile sometimes (it just wont let me, and it wont load mail or anything of the sort.) and my voice chat/ text chat would be non-existent. Iv tried everything, and its not my system for sure. At one point, I can text and voice chat probably works but after a while it just no longer exists for me. im not booted or anything, it literally doesnt exist. What should I do? Is it a bug? Optimization issue? Iv looked everywhere and unlike destiny (where its simply preferred console, so mic doesnt work pc) or overwatch (simple enough fix where i couldve missed something) everything I know to check doesnt work. If I am missing something or someone has a suggestion, let me know. I know the game is new but im gunna crash out if I dont get on mic for rank or something.
