BOT lobbies in QUICKPLAY

Have you ever wondered why nobody communicates in this game? Even if you type in chat to your team or enemy team trying to get a response and nothing? No pinging? No healing? Because 50% of your games are bots.
So recently I was looking at the discord and noticed someone having a conversation about ai's in quick play which lead me to start asking and investigating the game mode. At first I genuinely didn't believe they put bots in quick play but all it took was 2 minutes of me actually looking around on the game itself to the point it was blasted in my face and i couldn't ignore it any more. I've noticed that about every 3rd game i play on quickplay i do outstandingly good with 0 or close to 0 deaths. Its a win. But there's a pattern, lose a game or two, win one. Meaning lose 2 games, then get a bot lobby = win. Its a CONSTANT pattern. Its not a coincidence during overtime and 99% the whole game gets turned around entirely. Or for some enemies to snap their camera at you in the craziest ways as if they are hacking which is another issue, since the devs arent addressing that there's bots there's a ton of people believing they're going against real people with crazy aim bot, leading to people thinking bots are real people using hacks creating reports against bots. I can understand how its normal for some games to implement bots like this in the game, such as fortnite, to keep players engaged and keep them playing and spending money with a false sense of they are winning and getting better at the game.
If you don't believe me thats fine but if you care enough to try to see my point of view heres a list of patterns i noticed in bot matches
1. They always chose the role we need, meaning yes there are also bots on YOUR team, they will also click a character to the point its visible but not locked in, and wait until the last moment to lock the character in. The enemy bots will counter swap you. as well as your teammate bots to whatever role you need. (example: you are damage and switch to healer= bot that's healer switches to damage)
2. Movement, this ones obvious. All bots move the same, usually start running around in circles in spawn using melee attacks and abilities and at about the 6 second mark they all lock onto the door and move in a clump together all at the same time when the match starts, they also always use the default spray. There's instances where when the payload timer gets low people report that these bots all start walking BACKWARDS towards the point, which is a very unusual way to move.
3. After the game is over, if you try to view their career profile thru your history, it says its private. The chances are a whole enemy team of randoms don't all have their profile private. If you investigate further and search up these specific people and their usernames, they do not exist at all. They went as far as to create fake xboxgamer tags as well, you can also search them on xbox if they have the symbol above their name and as you guess, they DON'T exist.
I don't know how much more proof i can provide other than the videos i have which i can show whoever wants but i just wanted to raise awareness to this issue. Not everyone wants bots in their quick play games so we should at least have the option to DISABLE it. My friend went on marvel discord support and talked to someone from the support he asked them why there are bots in quick play, they simply said they cant assist him with that question, we have picture proof of this convo. Its just not cool that they are not addressing it or answering any of our concerns about it. Its giving SHADY, its giving SUSPICIOUS. What else could they be doing to their game we don't know about? I care so much because i genuinely am enjoying this game and don't want to see it ruined. Maybe a 3rd party could be involved and people are farming and selling accounts either way it sucks lol.

He spent basically the first month claiming they didn't even exist. Seems he shifted to claiming Netease doesn't run them.

(No clue what the threshold is for curb stomping, but if your team goes like 0:40 KD your next match will be one).

He's claiming the bots are from account sellers and not part of the game as part of some weird conspiracy. They're part of the game from the developer.

(They actually have a custom message when you try to view their profile, it says restricted instead of limited access on bots)

I happened to be on that team and the only one going out the side door and trying to do ANYTHING to avoid that, but after watching it for a moment I realized what was happening and it was severely annoying. It's made me more hesitant to even play ranked. Same crap happened on OW and League, it's terrible how gaming has come to this.

This is false. Bots only appear in quickplay and it happens after losing two games in a row generally speaking.

That's what a real player would do. :)) It's normal to f pick the role team need, also what are you doing in the spawn? stay still 30 sec?

yeah just something i noticed because the point of bots is to mimic human action so of course, thats what a real person would do glad you understand! :) youre doing great!

im not sure how covid or christmas relates to my post at all lol.. considering new players have the option to play practice vs ai themselves as i stated, so theres no reason for ai to be in quickplay especially since the game is advertised as a PVP shooter not PVE.

This and the constant GPU crashing has me on the fence about Rivals now.

just 2 matches?? that's very insulting.. i dont get it why they should put bots just for us to feel happy after lose streak. The truth is i even get insulted and even more upset after know it was bots that doesnt have any meaning at all. It's just a quick play bruh and it's pretty common losing because sometimes people just trying heroes.

I have proof such lobbies exists.
Had a match with an entire team (Captain America's) aimbotting and walking in weird patterns.

This kind of behavior keeps happening over and over again in different matches.
I tried reporting them several times, but none of them ever got banned. So I wasn't sure if NetEase was responsible for it or not.

If that’s the case then why don’t they make hero progression, progress in practice vs ai I mean we’re already supposedly getting bots in quick play after 2 straight losses plus practice vs ai works for daily challenges and event progress.
