Jeff Ult - Legit debate
I personally really dislike this ult. Not because it's game breaking, simply because of the amount of trolls that rely upon it. MOST of the Jeff players I've seen fail to heal more than 2k, have a 1.0 k/d ratio, and are toxic as hell. Much like the ledge-huggers in For Honor, it's made only for those who can't succeed at the actual game.

My fix would be either a slightly (1-2 second) longer activation time, or a shorter travel time. Being able to drag someone all the way across the map and run off ledges with them is simply nonsense. Especially when every map has a pit-fall next to the obj.

Either the ult itself needs a slight alteration, or each hero needs some sort of dash/escape mechanism that can save them, but for that to work, Jeff shouldn't be able to AIM the ejection, as they just aim DOWN the hole and fire, killing everyone in their grab instantly.

I'm not saying it's game-breaking, I'm not saying it can't be dealt with, I'm just saying it's a toxic ult that probably causes a lot of new players to simply stop playing. Thor can dash me off, Hawkeye can boost me off, and both are skill based.

As a regular Loki player I have found it my duty to return the favor anytime a low-skill Jeff player uses this tactic to shapeshift into him, and return the favor to his entire team. It's instant, it can be performed from his swim-mode and it's basically a team wipe that requires no build time like Ironman or Scarlet Witch. Hell, even Starlord is extremely vulnerable while auto-aiming the entire team to death.

Another easy fix would be to make Jeff stay ABOVE ground when holding people in the ult so that he can actually be hit with any consistency.

A good Jeff I don't even complain about. If the sucker is super-healing and killing with his shots, then his ult only affects a couple people as he and his team have dealt with the rest, but when the game ultimately ends in a loss because the only tactic your healer knows is wait for ult and nom-nom one time, it's a sad day.

You know what is annoying? Speed. Heroes like Jeff and Storm have high speed of placement and almost instant reaction. Not to mention that AoE is huge.

And there are Heroes like Thor that is flying up a little (hit a ceiling and you are out), gets no extra HP or Shield, is very slow, any CC will interrupt it, AOE is small and even damage is weak because you will not KO Luna in her ult like Iron Man.

Jeff's entire kit is busted. The biggest thing they need to nerf is his self heal imo.
Jeff is not very good at higher levels. His healing is subpar compared to other healers and his ult is gimmicky and not something a self respecting player would want to rely on.

They do need to address that his ult is actually larger then the circle indicates. I get pulled it outside of it all the time in the all Jeff the Shark platoon game mode.

I'm expecting them to cripple his speed after he gulps people though so he can't just run them to an edge and spit them out till their deaths though. Being able to hold multiple enemies and not giving them any control at all is a pretty huge advantage all upon itself. More so with how long you can actually hold them.

100% agree. It just needs some type of disadvantage.

And the fact it can get you in the air as well. Absolutely absurd flying characters and even Thor using dash in the air can still get caught by the fat little spastic's ult.
His ult needs to be a little more telegraphed and his swim needs a bigger hitbox.

That's one of my main ideas to fix it. A bit more of an activation time. Right now it's pretty much insta-cast even from swim mode. We see how long it takes people like Ironman, Scarlet and Thor to use their ults, his should at least take a second or two extra to swallow everyone.
Tbf his ult don't bother me its the fact he can just kill himself and it takes you with it, when he spits me out most of the time i can survive it depending on what hero i am, the fact he can jump off the map and it insta kills you really annoys me.

Right. As someone who plays Loki, if I'm focused on my team and point, my illusions are typically spaced out around the fight. When he can carry me miles outside of my swap range, it makes my escape feature pointless and I have no option but to die. Same with many characters who can't fly/web swing.
