Can't start the game

I already reinstall, repair, change compatibility, run as admin

I have the exact same issue I think. The game is trying to look up a site thats not available. Nothing we can do since its an issue on Neteases end, and they are all probably on holiday.

I did fix this issue on my end.

"Failed to load opengl32sw" This is the .dll the launcher tries to find but it doesn't get installed for some reason.

If you don't want to mess with your files in Windows directory, I don't have another fix for you but I tried a lot of stuff and nothing worked.

What I did was I went into the system32 folder and found a .dll called "opengl32.dll" but nothing called "opengl32sw.dll". Then I had the dumb idea to literally copy opengl32.dll and then rename that copy to opengl32sw.dll. It ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ worked lmao. I know it sounds like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ but give it a try.

If anyone tries it and it works, reply so we know it works for others too.
