I have already got the daily 2 stars for one upgrade but cmon, this is annoying why not give more challenges so we could get it all in one day instead of waiting for another day to get more challenges.

Timegating things is necessary for the longevity of the game to some degree. If you make everything accomplishable in one day, then the main complaint will be ":< bad game not enough content!"

it's not Grindy. it's timegated.
The challenges stack and don't expire until the end of the event.
You don't have to do them "Daily"
let the missions stack up and you could do everything at the last second if you want.

This won't happen because in order to make sure the game has a broad lasting player base in a saturated market you need to give them things that keep them coming back. Spreading out content unlocks is one of the methods to achieve this especially right after release when all issues will be the most glaring.
