Rocket and Groot skin only as bundle?

Heya, am I missing something or are the skins for Rocket and Groot only available as a bundle and you're not able to buy them on its own? Haven't found anything in the patch notes regarding this.

if you look at the bundle, you can buy the skin by itself for 1400 on the left side of the screen.
edit: it is in their individual bundles you can do this, not in the rocket and groot "best winter buds" bundle.
