Unable to launch with RHI 'DirectX 11' since the project is not configured to support it.

I just downloaded the game onto my laptop which took me 5 hours and when I launched the game it came up with this error and I don't know how to fix it, I've watched multiple videos and websites and I just can't get it to work past that.

Game doesn't support DX11 at all. Remove command line if you have one at launch parameters, and try boot again. If you have integrated GPU or old GPU which doesn't support required UnrealEngine5 features, then you can't play game with that system.
