is everyone stuck in bronze how is gold such a high rank atm ?

Some reasons I icould imagine are Elohell, broken explotable hereos that if you dont play with you will have a harder time climbing up and the fact that the game is new is also probably influencing.
Elohell is always a plague in these games, a mix of terrible matchmaking with a lot of people playing in a more casual way in ranked games. And when I say casual I don't mean playing more to have fun or bad people, I mean people that make troll decisions on purpuse, like playing a hero for the first time without even reading its abilities or having no clue what do to with it. In therory the lower the elo, the more likely you find people acting like this therefore the harder to climb.
And having a completely broken game like this one doesn't help at all. Peni Parker, Hawkeye, Hela are examples of heroes that if you have one or more in your team you basically have much more chances to win, very sad but very true. And most people (like me) are not going to play these heroes ONLY for the meta factor, you also gotta enjoy the gameplay. So yeah, most of people don't play these characters therefore you will have less people on higher elos.
I managed to get to Gold 1 after a lot of effort the now i'm falling to Gold 3 cause for some reason the game keeps queueing me with teammates that doesn't even know the meaning of regroup...is hard as f to climb in this game

They do, but it takes time and more are there people have no skill so they rely on bots to look good..

currently gold 2 and i just flexed tank supp. my guess is dps only players are stuck there because they cant/wont flex. also i imagine a large portion isnt playing ranked also

More than 50% of the population that is Level 10+ on NA servers are in Bronze III so it makes all the other ranks much smaller percentages. It's likely just that most players don't care to play ranked and those who do are stuck in Bronze III due to people that aren't adept enough in the game holding them back or themselves holding their team back because they aren't adept themselves. That's really it, no other real causes of it. It's a byproduct of having no placement matches, forcing everyone to deal with players that aren't good or be someone that others have to deal with.

TL;DR: Most players are not good enough to get out of Bronze III or are held back by other players. No placement matches forces everyone to deal with that rank while the worst players are stuck in there making it hard to even get out of.

Teammates in ranked are somehow more braindead than they are in quickplay. It's like people in ranked are the ones who dont care about team comp and demand 5dps and 1 healer and then blame the healer for not saving everyone. It's tiring to keep playing healer and get yelled at by ironfist or panther dying 1v6 in their backline.

Gold isnt hard to hit. Im about to hit Plat 3. Gold 2 atm. Just mute text chats and ping fall back or attack or where the enemies are like crazy to let your team know whats happening. Another thing, people often think 2-2-2 is the solution. Its not. Neither is 1-3-2. Healers and tanks are the foundation, and there cant be more tanks than healers. Otherwise, whatever formation works as long as theres at least one tank and a healer
