Game now ignores Engine.ini file

I do NOT understand why this game has a problem with people making an engine.ini file to help with FPS drops and stuttering. They made it with this new update that the game now ignored engine.ini file. It's disappointing, you didn't have any competitive advantage with it, but it helped a lot with fps. Now the game is unplayable to many players. I can run the game fine but i used the engine.ini file to remove input lag because for some reason this is the only game in existence that forces input lag. If you go from playing competitive shooters with no input lag to this you can really notice it. Either way I think its stupid and there was no reason for them to do this. They dont want to optimize the game so people found something to fix it and then they go and completely stomp all over that. Also to all the people that say "then get a better pc" grow up because for most people its not that simple. I've spend over 3k on pc but most do not have the ability to do so. The engine.ini file was the only thing that helped those people play the game. Now its unplayable and they have no reason to as of why they arent allowing it. (first game in history that doesnt let you mess with the config file) for people that dont know the engine.ini file is literally just the graphics.

waiting for another method how to get back my fps. thats literally ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ when my 3060ti gives me 40 fps in such a bad graphics game
