does the same for me but on valorant.. turns out it is a valorant issue and not a pc issue. it could be the anti-cheat software rivals is using
Highly possible
P.S. had the same problem a few years ago
read previous page of thread before commenting, it's not psu issue
i already said multiple times on previous page my pc is not overheating and is not even reaching high tempreture, christ people read before typing
I have an

I've been having this issue randomly since September of last year. I've done all the things you've done and the only thing that seems to fix it temporarily, is reinstalling windows, CLEAN everytime.
After about 2 weeks, it will run fine, and then BAM, I am back to random restarts. Only happens with certain games. Marvel Rivals and Overwatch( which is what started it).
I recently installed new 750watt 80plus gold PSU. New thermal paste on Graphics card. Cleaned fans and entire system.
I surmise it's an issue with windows I the last year or so that conflicts with the motherboards. I play WuWa, Dbz, the finals, sonic and everything just fine..but rivals Crashes my pc to hell every often. Even viewer only say power issue, but doesn't specify what th issue is just that the system shut down incorrectly.
Solution: clean reinstall windows every few weeks when this starts to happen. It will work fine for a few days to a couple of weeks before the next restart. My last restart, (until Jan 4) was Dec 27th when I reset the PC. Been playing rivals until it did the random resets. Back to reinstalling windows for now.
Back up you important files to a file drive and never get to comfortable downloading things to system lol sorrh
