Blue screens can be any number of different problems and would have to look at your windows logs to see if there are any listed and causes.
Overheating can easily be found by running a program that shows you the temperature as your playing and then looking up your acceptable ranges when under load.
Power issues could be due to bad wall outlet or a faulty surge protector, or bad PSU, or a PSU that's not rated for what hardware you have in your PC.
Next fix I'd do (and recommend to do after every windows update), is use command prompt, and use "sfc /scannow" (no quotes). This will attempt to fix corrupted system files, which can cause issues at times. Use command twice if it did fix something, as it'll check if all fixes were applied as intended.
After those, check your system overall MAX power draw, and compare that to your PSU. Let's say you have 500W PSU, and your entire system draw is at 400W max. If your PSU efficiency is less than 80%, exceeding 400W can cause issues due to PSU.
As I said it can't be my pc cause I can play games that take much more resources, temptreture while playing rivals is around 49c-52c which is really low, as well cpu is average at 20-/+% and rarely goes above 50% as well gpu is on average 40+% usage. Power usage is not higher either, only thing I notice is that, fans seems to not slow down longer I play RIVALS specifically, so just making break after like 2 hours seems to prevent restart for me, well can't really test it cause haven't had it happen since. But since I monitor every session I play with invidia performance tab open I can guess what is exact cause, main thing I notice is that, klyntar and spider shibuya are most resource heavy maps, as weirdly mvp screen, character select in LOBBY jumps gpu usage from like 20% to 70% or 80% by just hovering over character icon. Either way I hope it gets fixed soon or not i heard people have same issues in stalker 2 and black ops 6. So it's not just rivals issue, so it's optimization issue, cause there is no way game like bg3 that makes my go to 65c and gpu is going 70% on average on not even highest settings, did not cause single restart while playing. Also a lot of people I seen mention that going above 120fps is causing problems too, but since I don't even have monitor for that can't test it myself.
