It only works on teams that can't pay attention.
I imagine a character that dies to any form of CC would seem broken when you don't bother trying to CC him.
I mean the amount of players hitting head shots on moving targets increases higher and higher.
It becomes more and more strategic at those levels it's not the characters fault.
Rarely seem him in plat anyway tho
I'm not sure if it's not paying attention that's the problem, Spider-Man's movement is kind of predictable. I imagine a truly excellent shot could just completely shut him out.
