Absolutely Pathetic Giveaway

I don't like complaining about free things but this is honestly one of, if not the worst, giveaways I've ever seen.

You have 1 hour, which is about 4 matches(?), to happen to be in a match with one of two streamers, when there are MILLIONS of people playing.
I'd have a better chance winning big on a scratch card.

Almost nobody is going to get anything, and they're acting like this is super giving of them and such a nice and kind thing for them to do during the holidays. A lot of people won't even be available or out of work for that tiny tiny timeframe.

It's pathetic.

I like this game a lot but this is honestly pathetic and insulting.

lol, never said it was hard on them by making this single item free. They’ve made a game with lots of content and upcoming content for absolutely free. You don’t have to pay for the game, you don’t have to buy costumes, you can simply play for absolutely free and never spend a cent. That led to the shutdown of XDefiant. Them giving stuff away for free is a blessing in this era of gaming.

Clown, I can ignore everything you wrote because you are ignoring the actual issues of this event. Players wantonly leaving or throwing for an entire hour of quickplay games for a server. For actual players, and not cosmetic goblins, this was a terrible experience.

The leaving and throwing happened for every day of the event while it was going on.
It became pretty annoying. Like I said, as soon as people in the match saw a streamer wasn't there, they would stop bothering and would let the other team win so the match was over faster. People would just walk around, emote, and mess around while someone pushed the payload or captured the point uncontested.

There were a few matches where half my team wanted to give up and throw, but the other half wanted to play, so we just ended up losing after a hard fought battle because we had three people not even trying.
