Shoulder View Swap

Either this exists and I don't know about it, or it's something we need added.

It would be nice if we could swap the camera from over the right shoulder to over the left shoulder. There are a lot of times in maps (especially the mirrored ones) where you're at a disadvantage purely because of the camera. If you're going to a right turn in any map right now and someone else is already there watching it, that person has an immediate advantage over you because they can see you earlier than you can see them, and you cannot peek poke them because your entire character has to be exposed a mile away from the wall to see them.

Being able to just swap shoulder views would help balance out map layouts a lot to help prevent players from being forced into awkward positions or over expose themselves to get some poke damage out.
