Hawkeye is not OP, you are just bad..

After playing with many of the characters, and finally deciding to play Hawkeye, not because he is easy, but because if you got SKILL with him, he can be dangerous, but even then he has a lot of negatives about him that make him only playable to people who know how to aim well. If you cannot aim well, he is the more useless character in the game. He has one of the lowest mobility in the game, so if people get to you, you are gonna have a bad time. His Ults only good if people are in focus, and dont have clutter everywhere.

The maps themselves do not favor Hawkeye since there is so much corridors, clutter, and more in the way of him trying to aim, and getting stuck in close battles a lot. Its only not a big issue if you know how to aim quick, and get enemies off you. Hes one of the few heroes that you actually have to aim very well with. He doesnt need a nerf.
