You can argue about balance for years but at the end of the day it never feels good to be oneshot out of nowhere. Attempts to balance it usually result in the hero being clunky. Oneshots also completely bypass the healing/damage balance creating a massive outlier.
I don't know why developers keep making this mistake. You can put a bunch of restrictions on such heroes and make them feel ♥♥♥♥ to play and they are still gonna be oppressive in some situations. It just doesn't work well.
There is nothing special he has to do, the rest of his kit is irrelevant.
He hits the headshot, he wins. He oppresses supports because he can 1-shot them, he can even 1-shot most of the DPS roster as well. It's not balanced and it's not all right to keep around.
And lets not forget about his attack speed too, he can shoot so many arrows in such a low amount of time it's ridiculous. He might as well have Punisher's assault rifle.
if he would be so OP like you say, then you would also play the character, but certainly not criticize him in the forum here.
but he is too difficult for you, not for nothing the char has high skill rating.
you prefere easier combats, go melee and slaughter everything..stuff like that.
but it is certainly frustrating to be disturbed by a guy with a bow
okay you say he isnt op and proceed to make a point explaining how crazy op he is?
all your video proved is that you were still aiming at the head of a "stationary" target even if was slightly to the right, not a moving one
