Magneto's Ult Should Go Through Obstacles When First Thrown

So that it doesn't just instantly blow up on something above it and waste it.

I constantly see it used and then it explodes on the ceiling, or on a bridge above him. The maps are cramped in a lot of spaces for him to use this ult and a lot of the time it's just wasted because it blows up on something above him and he doesn't have time to get around it.
To get good angles he also has to fly up pretty far, plus it launches him in the air pretty high up, and if he gets too high it blows up on the ceiling and does nothing.

He probably has the most commonly wasted ult in the game.

It literally should, I've only died once by it and that was today. I was distracted by my phone and then I hear him yell but my reaction time was off. LOL
