Too much hitscan
The title.

If I wanted to play call of duty I would f**king play call of duty.

This game has too much cheese.

Well, hitscan doesnt demand too much skill. You don't have to compensate movement and distance. Its just clicking something in your screen for easy damage while most of other characters need to get close and compensate distance and low damage output.

So its not always the case.

cope there isnt that much hit scan plus half the time i dont see people using the hitscan characters

Punisher main rifle is hitscan. His turret is not. There is a pretty good spread TBH.

Sadly as soon as shooters were released to be playable in consoles aswell, devs are basically forced to design game so you can use gamepad, instead of making game more like Unreal Tournament and other old school KB/M shooters, where using controller is just being a damage dummy who can move. Even on top of that, they're also forced to add aimassist, which would be bannable in any actual PC shooter.
Why support Activision? They are so ♥♥♥♥ and they don't give a ♥♥♥♥ about you. Cod was good, but todays cod...... Pay 80 euros for a game with battle pass and ugly skins for like 20 euros. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke

7 out of the 33 characters have hitscan primaries, and some of them are burst attacks and drop off in damage heavily at range... unless you're going against an entire team using said characters, but I've personally never seen that happen lmao

Have you ever played something like Tribes Ascend in your life?

What I expect from a game like this is not exclusive to MOBAs. It's also amusing how some people here get so attached to the game I chose as an example to build their counterargument.

Guys, please, maybe try using half a neuron before answering.

It may not be EXACTLY hitscan, but we have plenty of similar projectiles in this game. Linear projectiles that might not be instantaneous hits but have high travel speed and very low bullet spread. Come on... Do I really need to specify every little thing?

Almost all characters can counter a slow-flying hero, even those with zero escape mechanisms. If you want to keep the laser rifles and SMGs, at least improve the mobility of some excessively vulnerable heroes.
