why does everyone hate hulk?

ive played about 10 games now, i enjoy hulk, but it seems my teammates hate the guy. i jump in start smacking people, pushing others out of point, just to get melted by the 5 man, i turn around, not a blue in sight. not even close. whats the problem with banner? does he smell bad or something? out of 10 games 1 game i had a healer with me who was doing there role masterfully. but during that game, not a single damage dealer did over 5k meanwhile my other tank captain america dropped 13k. so to topic, why do teammates hate hulk?

I only really hate hulk because when i kill him he goes immune and reverts to banner and then i must kill him again, its super annoying and a crutch no other hero gets.

You can always let him run away and be useless till he gathers his ultimate power to return. His gun is a joke and his grenade deals no damage.

My problem is that his E is a joke of ability and should stun+damage (SHOUT!) and that his Shield have a funny range (should be bigger).

He's still scary to Rocket with almost no health..

yes, something is extremely broken here. fixed it for ya. the broken communication here is i'm commenting this specifically for you, because your one of those people that take someone saying all or everyone as literally all or everyone. if i say cats suck, do i really to specify a literal amount of cats that suck and don't suck. i shouldn't have to, a working brain would understand that im not literally saying all or everyone. im not gonna look through the active players get everyone's opinion and then say 12 out of 345234 say hulk suck. get with the program.

Hulk isn't a solo tank and people try to play him like one. He actually works best when you have a different tank main tanking (Doc, groot, Mag, Cap) and you are just assisting with killing/peeling. The shield he has completely nullifies any hits or abilities until it breaks so you can save a whole team from scrub team wipes like Scarlett witch ult, Jeff ult, etc.

He actually gets quite a bit of play and is banned in higher elo games so it really is just kind of "skill issue" problem.

His only job is to waste time with you dealing with their backline or harassing healers imo. He does has his merits with a on demand leap, stun and area wide barrier but outside of a shield that pops fairly quick when focused on (how could you not, look at his size of the lad) He really goes down easy, at the same time makes it hard to heal a hulk when it gets bursted down in mere seconds jumping in. Venom would probably be better if you want a offtank that harasses with his CC and shield hp.
