You can't blame the game if your PC doesn't even meet the minimum requirements.
i can if other people are having similar problems and EXCEED the recommended requirements

That's a shame, I didn't realize there were so many issues with the game for so many people. Me and all my friends are experiencing zero issues. And we don't have high-end builds.

put resolution on 800x600p, with lowest settings possible and FSR on ultra performance and frame generation

game seems more unstable with framegen on and xess on ultra performance gets me higher framerates than fsr with no other changes in stability
ill try the resolution thing though i think

sounds like a good way to damage my hardware lol

Maybe im lucky but ive always done it and have not had any hardware issues . I dont keep it overclocked though, only on demanding games and I dont overclock to the max, just a little bit.

the minimum requirement also doesnt take into account an ini file that disables all the pretty looking but not necessary visual fluff the game has. if you really just want to play the game, that is an option. and trust me if youd measure the hardware required for the ugliest looking ini settings, then you could play this game on a toaster.

there is no guarantee. since its free2play you could try its likely the game detects you hardware and will just not start up. maybe even based on the engine, as its UE5

You're free to try I guess but don't be surprised if the game is still unplayable. Grab the Potato version from the mod here. This is absolutely the lowest the graphics will do minus what settings you can use ingame

If it's just settings .ini files, then no, it isn't. Setting a configuration file is not modding the game.
