Missing Directx Runtime

I just downloaded this game on a brand new PC. Drivers updated, Windows updated. Tried multiple different troubleshooting options, all to no avail. I continue to get the error "missing component(s): directx runtime". Any ideas? Feels like a joke that this can happen in 2025 from large companies. All my other games work fine with Dx12 and Dx11. I've also reinstalled about 5 times now and verified files multiple times.

Had this error and a different error on Epic's installation of the same game. Fixed them on my Windows 11 N by installing the Media Feature Pack
