Banned randomly from the game

Hello, I am looking for help with my case due to a recent ban on my rivals account. I've been banned recently on my account due to cheating, but I've never installed a cheat in my life neither I know how to. I think it can be a mistake due to maybe some random software on the background and I would like to get in contact with Rivals team for them to check my PC for that issue and lift my ban.

Do you know any way to contact them? I've tried to reach through Discord without any success.

For context, I've been a very good player in shooters for all my life and I've been acused plenty of times for cheating after games, specially since I play Widow and Bucky here in Rivals.

Been Top 500 in Overwatch, Global on CSGO, Inmo in Valorant, etc.

I'll leave you here my UID so you can see my history, stats and matches and see that there is no cheating at all and I have nothing to hide.

Could you please help me out? Thanks

Then do your ban appeal. Attach whatever supporting docs/vids/etc you have, mail off, and if you don't hear anything, your appeal failed.

I didn't come here for you to say those lies about me. I've been a public figure on streaming and youtube for very long and did so much coaching in Overwatch to know that you have no clue. I know you are stressed and angry about cheaters and I don't blame you, but this is not the case.

There were massive bans 2 weeks ago by accident said by the same NetEase for "cheating" when there was overlays that were banning players by accident. I am 100% sure this is my case and I want it to be reviewed. Since I can't post links here I think, look for Marvel Rivals baning players by accident.

I looked at a random game you played and, for what its worth, I didn't see any evidence of cheating. There were a lot of healthy missed shots in the mix.

if you got banned because you are too good, you should consider going pro, if not make a new account and do a liver king move claiming that you are natty when clearly roided out (using cheats)

if you're top of the ranks in all those popular shooter games, chances are you're cheating, as everyone knows that the top ranks in shooter games are 90% if not more cheaters lol
